With the rising demand for video content in this digitised world, Pinterest just introduced a new set of video tools to help businesses and creators reach their audience.
“Brands like L’Oréal, Giada De Laurentiis’ Giadzy, Tastemade, and PureWow are using video on Pinterest to spark inspiration and tell their story. In fact, searches for ‘inspirational videos’ have increased 31%¹ since last year.”, claims Pinterest.
Other than that, users are also often searching how-to tutorials and brand stories.
To fulfil everyone’s demands, Pinterest recently rolled out 3 new video features:
- Updated Video Uploader: Businesses and creators can seamlessly upload videos directly on Pinterest.
- New Video Tab: Business profiles can feature all their videos at one place for added history.
- Video Analytics: Get insights on lifetime views, in order to know their performance over time.
- Pin Scheduler Tool: Schedule your video content well in advance using this tool.
Pinterest has already been on a rise for marketers, and with these new tools, it aims at attracting more creators.
Do you think it could take over Instagram’s users in the upcoming years?
